We hope you will join us, September 25- 29, 2024 to ride 450 miles in loving memory of our dear friend Grace Ragland. 

This great event funds another year of research for The Tanner Foundation Scholar at The Civitan International Research Center at UAB in Multiple Sclerosis.  We will also be supporting the MS Tour de Beach and their fundraising efforts to support those living with MS.

This year we are offering two options for fundraising.

Option one (half rider) is to raise a minimum of $1,500. This level includes your lodging for three nights (T/W/T/ nights), jersey for ride, drinks/snacks during ride, meals during race days, your fundraising minimum for the Tour de Beach and the celebration dinner Saturday evening. This is ideal for riders meeting family or friends at the beach for the MS 150. 

Option two (full rider) is to raise a minimum of $2,500. This level includes your lodging for five nights (T/W/T/F/S nights), jersey for ride, drinks/snacks during ride, meals during race days, your fundraising minimum for the Tour de Beach and the celebration dinner Saturday evening. Lodging at the beach will be provided by our lodging partners and will be very nice. Usually we are hosted by the Caribe or Turquoise. Loding accommodations are in the process of being confirmed and will be announced shortly. 

Volunteers will be available to drive cyclist back to Birmingham Sunday if needed.  Use your personal fundraising page to solicit donations and also use your social media platforms to help spread the word. Use hashtag #graceragland450 in all of your materials, social media, and photos to help us see all of the posts.
